WASHINGTON D.C.- Today Congressman Marshall spoke at the Family Research Council’s Pro-Life Summit.

“I was honored to be a part of this discussion with pro-life and pro-family advocates across the country," Marshall said. "This was a great opportunity to emphasize ways that people can push for pro-life policies in Washington."

Following the Summit, Congressman Marshall went to the March for Life on the National Mall where more than 200,000 pro-lifers gathered to march to the Supreme Court. At the March he met with two groups of Kansans that traveled more than 27 hours by bus to attend the March.

I am grateful to see so many young pro-lifers, their support and dedication gives me hope and pushes me to keep going," Marshall said. "It is a great reminder that the folks back home have my back. We share the same values and goals that every life is a precious gift from God, that starts at conception.”

Last night, when many of the Kansas marchers arrived, Dr. Marshall gave them an evening tour of the Capitol. On that tour, Dr. Marshall discovered that two of the babies he had delivered were on the trip.

“I couldn’t believe it, I was so proud, what a gratifying and humbling moment,” Marshall said. I am so proud of the work they are doing and the dedication they have to the pro-life movement.”

Earlier this week, Congressman Marshall also addressed the House floor to discuss his unwavering commitment to protecting the unborn, and his experiences delivering babies as an OB-GYN in Kansas.
