On Monday, September 10, 2019, I participated in a forum on the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, held by the Congressional Pro-Life Caucus. During my questioning, I spoke about an experience I had during my OB-GYN residency, in which I responded to a botched late-term abortion.

Washington, D.C.- Congressman Marshall, M.D. ordered House Democrats to allow members to vote and move forward on the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. Today, yet again, Democrats denied the request for a vote. This marks the 51st time that House Republicans have requested a vote on legislation that protects babies who survive failed abortions.
WASHINGTON, D.C.- For 25 days straight, House Republicans have asked Nancy Pelosi to bring H.R. 962, the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act to a vote, she refused. Now, members are demanding a vote by filing a discharge petition. This petition, with enough signatures, would force every representative to go on record as to whether or not they support allowing babies who survive botched abortions the right to live.
WASHINGTON D.C.- Today Dr. Marshall joined Fox News to discuss the recently passed New York law that allows for late-term abortions up until the final minutes before the baby is due.
Congressman Marshall has delivered thousands of babies as an Obstetrician for 25 years and has been outspoken in his belief that this legislation, which legalizes infanticide, is immoral and barbaric.
In his State of the Union address, President Trump called on Congress to prohibit late-term abortions. What has happened to our nation when the president of the United States has to ask legislators to save babies from being murdered?
WASHINGTON D.C.- Today Congressman Marshall spoke at the Family Research Council’s Pro-Life Summit.
“I was honored to be a part of this discussion with pro-life and pro-family advocates across the country," Marshall said. "This was a great opportunity to emphasize ways that people can push for pro-life policies in Washington."
WASHINGTON, D.C.- Congressman Roger Marshall, M.D. issued the following statement in response to the Supreme Court’s decision today in the National Institute of Family and Life Advocates (NIFLA) v. Becerra. Today's ruling stops a California state law that forced pro-life pregnancy centers to advertise abortion.
